Meet the Team

Kit Tinnin, Secretary

Kitrina “Kit” Tinnin was first exposed to Red Slipper Warrior Project because of her position as a commercial lender in Jefferson City. A friend of a friend, Tim had come to her under the premise that he was willing to personally borrow money to get Red Slipper off the ground if necessary. Over 2 hours of coffee later, she was 100% in! Willing to lend money, donate money, volunteer, etc she knew Red Slipper Warrior Project was the charitable passion she’d been looking for. Little did she know at the time, it would turn out to be a life changing meeting in more ways than just gaining a prospective customer or new charity to volunteer her time (hence the last name!).

With over 20 years of entrepreneurship as a real estate broker and nearly 20 years in banking, Kit brings to Red Slipper’s operations a wealth of knowledge in finance, organization, business and project management, and vision- and just typically will do whatever needs to be done to keep Red Slipper moving forward. A frequent tag line “ He’s the Wow, I’m the How” best describes their roles here.

Kit and Tim have 4 grown children, seven grandchildren and two fur babies. When not working on Red Slipper, Kit performs with a band, Magnolia Wine, in Central Missouri and also at Capital City Productions, a dinner theatre in Jefferson City, Missouri.
